My name is Joachim Bambach. I’m married, the father of four and a grandfather. My wife and I live in Flörsheim am Main, Germany, and in Jerusalem, where part of our family is at home.
For many years I built and ran a successful business in the German healthcare sector. In 2025 I closed it to give my time to what I love most: walking alongside people on their way.
I’m a grateful recovering alcoholic and addict, clean and sober for more than 42 years. In Jerusalem I’m an active member of Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous, I sponsor other men, and I give talks at AZ House, a Jewish Twelve Step recovery house.
Nothing gives me more joy than sharing my experience, strength and hope with others. I get to watch people who came in broken find freedom and rebuild their lives.

Coaching for business and recovery. Talks and support at AZ House in Jerusalem.
